Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Reservations made directly with us through our homepage guarantee the best room rate available at the time of the booking. Advance purchase is discounted comparing to the reservation made less ahead of the time.

Room reservations may be cancelled free of charge at any time up to 48 hours prior to arrival date (2 PM GMT+1) by calling +420 266 194 111 or via e-mail to recepce@hotelcechie.cz. In case you cancel your reservation less than 48 hours prior to your arrival, hotel reserves the right to charge a late cancellation fee amounting to 1 night's room rate & tax. If the customer fails to show up on the appointed arrival date without prior notification of the hotel (i.e. in case of a 'No Show'), hotel reserves the right to collect the payment for full stay including applicable taxes.

Children up to 6 years of age are staying free of charge in parents' room. Children between 6 and 12 years of age receive 50% discount on extra bed in parents' room. Cost of extra bed for a person exceeding 12 years of age is 15 EUR/night in standard room category and 19 EUR/night in superior room category. Pets are allowed for a surcharge of 19 EUR/night. Parking capacity of 40 parking spaces in underground garage is reserved for hotel guests for a surcharge of 13 EUR/night.
